Which weight should I start with?
Most people start at roughly 5–10% of body weight and move up once walks and workouts feel routine. If you are unsure, the lighter option is the safer first buy.
Will it bounce when I run?
Weight sits in fixed front and back pockets close to the torso, and the chest and side straps cinch it down. Tighten the side straps first, then the chest buckles.
Can I wash it?
The outer shell zips off and is machine washable on cold; hang to dry. The weight core is spot-clean only.
What is the difference between the men's and women's cuts?
